Probably the coolest thing I've ever eaten: oyster with sake and rhubarb granita. This dish was presented over seaweed and with dry ice which made it so visually stunning. The new chef's tasting at @masa14dc definitely a must if you're looking for an innovative, one-of-a-kind culinary experience. by thebaconprincessblog
